Gosh I remember staying up on weekends watching cartoon network when I was like 7 or 8 seeing this commercial alll the time. Sweet dreams, and sunglasses at night are the ones I remember seeing the most. I always pictured that Seinfeld magazine too but I assumed that was a different commercial lol

I blame and credit this informercial being ingrained into my head as a kid in the 90s for the reason even now that I'm 30 having a deep love for 80s music espcially 80s alternative. I digged hours on youtube to find it and im glad I did

Remembering seeing this commercial in 1998 when I was 7. Think it led to my love for 80s songs. This commercial always stuck in the back of mind, but I couldn't figure out what the name of the cds were. 22 years later and I finally realize it was for a magazine subscription.

I remember since I was a kid, I grew up watching Cartoon Network in the 90s. I'd see this commercial late at night before bedtime or on the weekend. I don't think I've ever seen this on any other channel. I'm sure it was on a few other channels, but Cartoon Network was the only one I've seen this one. I remember back in 94, 95, I've seen the "awesome 80s" commercial and I don't remember seeing that on any other channels as well. But Cartoon Network was great back in those days. But today it sucks. I sure do miss those days.

You've got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been looking for this commercial forever. This used to come on many television channels for a period of time when I was little. I was like only 7 years old the last time it was on. Couldn't ever find it again until now. A few of these songs I don't remember being on here, though, like The Kids in America for example. It's strange how I didn't recognize it when I had heard it later on.
