As a nurse for many years I have struggled with plantar fasciitis. What someone suggested to me was a really good idea. So if you can take some kind of water bottle and freeze it first you can use that to roll onto the bottoms of your feet the cold really helps to calm the inflammation and pain that comes with it.

For black linen when it fades inevitably with time and washing, I re-dye it black, works super well on natural fabrics and gives them many more years of life 🖤

It's very hot where I live as well. I'm 51 and perimenopausal so it's not possible for me to be in the heat like this. Nature is very healing as you know but please don't overdo it. Continued prayers for healing for your physical body as well as your heart.

Dear Eugenia, I loved your comment about the Cosmos plant, and wanted to tell you that you are definitely blooming and are such an incredible and gorgeous human being, reason why we all love to watch your videos and admire you. Dear Eugenia. I'm so happy seeing you better❤ I disagree, however with comments encouraging hard work and speeding up. Please, find way to slow down and heal. I know work helps a lot- it's what I use to keep my mind in a good place. However, our souls need more than that. Take care of your precious but broken heart. Pepe as well. And your body.. you've been through something really huge and draining, both physically and mentally. Don't go again the path of overdoing and forgetting yourself. I'm sure that taking care of your home is a pleasure and fills you with hope.. But I had to say this. I believe in your brave heart and strong spirit. But from a place of someone who suffered, I know it very easy for people to be harsh on themselves without eve realising. Take care ❤
