@@fgj1893 yes most definitely...I think people now a days don't see it...all they see is a beautiful big house...it's probably cheaper buying your own piece of land and having a house to your liking for the same price with land...

Thanks James. Was going to ask. :) Out of curiosity. ON par with homes in Bayview Hill and the Woodbridge equivalent...in asking price. Are you an agent? :) Any idea how big this home is or if it's still on the market? Seems to me that most of the Kleinburg homes I've seen shown on KZbin...owners make a little more effort in decor than many of the homes I've seen for Bayview Hills/Woodbridge Equiv...In general.
