815 400's NEW Signboards

So as many of you know, ESD is passing out the brand new compost/green waste bins and the first 2 zip codes to get them were 92102 and 92113. And the first collections will start tomorrow so ESD made new signboards to (advertise?) the new compost collections. Also sorry for the bad volume as it was very windy and the mic was terrible. Enjoy!
