加油 (jia you) which literally translates to “add oil” but IMO the best English translation is simply “let’s go!” Apparently it originated from the Macau GP, where the literal translation makes a bit more sense. The English Wikipedia article is just titled “add oil” haha

Completely agree. No sign of any failure. The coach is jubilant behind. Apparently, he did not spot any fault. No replay, either. Strangely, no challenge. Maybe only possible if at least one light is white.

You actually get more joint issues sitting on your fat a** on the couch all day. When you push your body it adapts these people specifically might not live long lives because they do steroids, but people who workout in general are gonna live longer than those who don't

their joints are most likely better off than the average person if they don't injure themselves. the body adapts so efficiently to stressors that the joints are probably solid as diamond in the athletes when compared to the average person.

all these DUDES are juicin - just because you stop doing gear in time to take any testing, you already have all the benefits of a lifetime developing as a male - such as muscle-attachment points etc - and any other female will be at a massive disadvantage. Allowing these ladies to compete as females makes the whole contest pointless. You think of the bone density they have, which can support more muscle size and greater loading.
