RIP Hayabusa. He was my favorite wrestler when I was a kid, and being from the West, I could only get my hands on so many legit FMW DVDs. Thank goodness ECW introduced America to such incredible talent!

15:24 on the History of FMW podcast, the guy says that the explosion was so massive that a bird that was flying over the ring was killed by the blast. I think this might be it.

Hayabusa took off his mask many times after coming back as Hayabusa after the H gimmick. Everyone knew his face because of the H gimmick. The mask made it difficult to breathe and after a match like that it was just easier to take the mask off following the match.
