82 Year-Old Singing Legend Engelbert Humperdinck Shows Us It’s Still Hip to be Cool

Some things never go out of style, in fact-they just get cooler with age, case in point, 82 year-old legendary singer, Engelbert Humperdinck, otherwise known as Arnold George Dorsey.
Best known, for hits such as “Quando, Quando, Quando” and “Release Me” which went into the Guinness Book of Records for achieving 56 consecutive weeks on the charts, being # 1 in 11 countries (preventing The Beatles from having their 13th consecutive #1 hit in 1967) this legend is still going strong, most recently releasing his latest, Warmest Christmas Wishes.

God Bless you Engelbert for giving us so many years of fine music! Since your Signature Song, Release Me, you have been my favorite entertainer. You were the first person I went to see when in Vegas in 1975. I was 19 years old and it felt like a dream to see and hear you sing all those beautiful songs that made you! How I wanted to meet and have your picture, you but I couldn't. You were so handsome and remain so today. It's a shame that today's youth won't know the likes of you, Tom Jones, Neil Diamond and so forth. These are people who know what singing truly is. You put everything into your music as it comes from the heart!
