I have never been through that Texas Canyon. Wow, what a sight with those huge boulders. I can no long travel any distance but I get to enjoy these sights through the lens of your camera. Thank you for sharing.

All those times, distances, schedules, ... seems too tight. Who sets these times? You were delayed in getting loaded. But, did the DM believe that you had enough time to meet the delivery time, assuming a quick load (which didn't happen)? When these trips are assigned, does the DM have set pickup and deliver time, or is the deliver time set after knowing the pickup time, assuming a load time? How does this process work, or does it vary from load to load?

You are going through Texas Canyon. Four miles southeast of here General O. O. Howard and Cochise, Chief of the Chiricahua Apache Indians, signed a peace treaty, October 12, 1872. Looking at all those rocks you can see how Cochise was able to evade the US Army for so many years.

Rui...Thanks very much for that info, now I understand why John knows, that he is likely going to be late and by roughly how much, for any given delivery...
