*Coconut oil works w/the white chocolate chip melting. I also learned~ same issue w/adding in any kind of sweet drops, & not just the brand "Sweet Drops" either. Seems every liquid stevis/monkfruit/combo liquid plain sweetener drops, or flavored liquid sweetener seize up my white chocolate. Fun cake to try~ I'm currently working on pecan sticky buns, protein sparing style, so maybe this will be next.

Oops! Should have kept reading~ someone already suggested coconut oil, so I guess I second that instead =)

Love it!! I will do that next time for sure! Check out my CINNAMON-Bombs and add pecans... I've heard they are amazing!

I make my own peppermint bark every year at Christmas time. The last few years I’ve had very hard time melting White chocolate. I had to use white melting wafers instead. White chocolate is very temperamental.

Thank you. Looks amazing I am going to try this real soon. You might try to melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil instead of butter, that’s the way I’ve seen it done before.

Hello do you know what’s the macros for each slice pls or the whole loaf cake ? Thank you
@TheAngelsJourney3 жыл бұрын
Hi there! I do not! I don't post macros, because different products have different values! I recommend you plug the recipe into Carb Manager, that way you can have it saved for the next time, and you can use YOUR specific ingredients. (You can even use the bar code scanner in the app to add products to the recipe!) That way you have the ability to decide if you are counting total or net carbs, your products are accurate, Etc!

Do you think the bread turns out better when baked in metal loaf pans rather than silicone?
@TheAngelsJourney3 жыл бұрын
It depends on the item! For cupcakes/muffins, I prefer silicone. For the loaves, I like the metal better. The silicone makes mine too moist and they seem to fall more!
@deliarios99463 жыл бұрын
Hi do u provide macros for ur recipes?
@TheAngelsJourney3 жыл бұрын
I don’t usually! Only because most people don’t have the same products as me, so that changes the macros. And net carbs vs total cards… etc! I encourage everyone to get the app ‘Carb Manager’ and put the recipe in as a “New Recipe”. That way every time you want to track, it’s right there! You can even scan your own ingredients with a bar code reader in the app! 🥰

I don’t have protein powder could I use whey protein and if so would the measurements be the same?
@TheAngelsJourney3 жыл бұрын
You can use whey, the only problem with whey is it is dairy so it can cause problems for some, and whey can cause a blood sugar spike because it’s absorbed into the blood stream so quickly. Try it with the whey and let us know how it turns out!

I don’t have flavored protein powder. Do you recommend adding more sweetener instead?
@TheAngelsJourney3 жыл бұрын
I would think so… probably a different kind would be good! Just to give it a new flavor profile!
