With that amount of money, I would rather BUY LAND in the Philippines. LAND IS A BETTER ASSET than a condominium. With land , you can make MORE money because you can either : Develop a property or BUILD several Condo buildings in the plot of land thereby making MORE MONEY OR use it for agriculture by planting coconuts . This is WHAT the AYALAS are doing-BUYING LAND and building Condos and selling it individually ! And buying land you plant coconuts . PH is a major exporter of PURE COCONUT juice sold around the globe. Coca-Cola is a main contractor that buys coconut juice in the PH. KIRKLAND ( from COSTCO ) sells Coconut water and Product Of The Philippines! ❤🏦🏡🏬🍍🥑🥥🥥🥥

The Philippine Condominium Act allows foreigners to own condo units, as long as 60% of the building is owned by Filipinos. If you want to buy a house, consider a long-term lease agreement with a Filipino landowner.

What sort of building standards they followed when they built the condo? Are the interior partitions sound proof ? Are there sprinklers on the ceilings? Depends on the buyer. If I'm a foreigner I can't own land so the condo is it. If I don't mind commuting five hours everyday to work then subdivision. If I don't need maids and a gardener then a condo is it. If I like security then a condo is it. So it's really not just based on size of the place. And there's solid proof of strong demand for condos as the 1st Hyatt Tower was sold out very quickly.
