Jealousy is just a need that isn't being met. We feel jealous of lovers because we feel inadequate in some way. It was really helpful for me to build self-love and care practices to know that I am unique and no one offers what I do. When there is no comparison with others and then acknowledging my need that isn't being met, and then go about meeting that need in a healthy way, has helped to soothe this issue for me. Thank you for the thorough chat. I didn't notice the "like" as much as the last commenter...always be your self, regardless of the critics. 😃

This is such amazing information, and Dean does such a great job of giving an overview of ideas that really resonate with me. The only thing that was really distracting was how much he uses the word “like“. I had to listen to it in a couple times to absorb all the information and not get frustrated with it. I almost wish I had a edited version with all the “like” out. I know it’s just patterns of speech and maybe just something to think about. But really good information! Thank you.
