Looking good. Looks like you needed some patience on that project. Have a good new year.

How many holes did you have to drill? I'd love to have seen that process.
@griffparker14665 ай бұрын
@@chrisurfer83 if I remember right, there was a good bit of drilling, most of which was for the top piece. I used self tappers for that. The bottom brackets made use of the existing bolt holes but there were some modifications made there as well. And some supporting self tappers.

I've never had a truck with a top like that and I am wondering is the top just for looks or can you put it down in the summer?
@griffparker146611 ай бұрын
Hey Robert, It’s designed to be totally removable. I doubt I’ll do much of that though because it seems like a process. Removing the windows seems super easy though.

Has it held up? Any leaks?
@griffparker14667 ай бұрын
I imagine there are some leaks, but nothing major. It’s holding up well, still looks great.

Truthfully I think the hard top looks better and wood last longer
@griffparker146611 ай бұрын
I agree, but my hard top was busted and the rear window mechanism was partially gutted by the previous owner. This turned out to be much easier than repairing all that.
