Teddy, to put things into perspective, Lena was the onlyhandler that called back AFTER hearing those voices. That's why Raiden said he was impressed, and also why everyone în the room looked at Shin

@@teddymecheto I think it helped a lot that Shin remained profesional and polite with Lena, from the moment she made contact with them and up until this incident. I say this because, at the very start of the first episode, we saw how badly they were treated by the previous handler. And considering they are also forced to fight, Shin didnt have to be polite. Or profesional. But he chose to be the better man.

Ye, only Shin can hear the legion, the reason everyone can here them is because they're connected to him with the Para-raid. The Para raid is a very sophisticated device, when you're connected to someone it's as if the person you're talking to is right in front of you, any emotion you express can be transmitted to the other person. There's still alot we don't know about the Para raid so that's all I'll say. I'm so happy to see you reacting to 86, this one quickly became one of my favs. Anyways take care!!

Yeah I think they never truly explained it in the series but thankfully I found out early on and got it. You get as you go along since shin is the one with the problems but yeah hahaha

notice at 9:29 when she sees the people on the stairs about to kiss the 1st time we see the shadows they seem like completely normal people but the 2nd time it cuts to them the shadows magically turn to lena and shin

Alrighty. So, when Shin's talking about how the Legion has a more advanced nervous system than all other "living creatures" he's actually not talking ab the Legion, he's talking about humans. The reason he brings this up is bc that's the reason the Legion are taking human brains and copying them so that they have more advanced and intelligent troops or mechs or robots whatever you wanna call 'em. The reason there are only children left fighting is more dependent on everyone else dying instead of their term being up as you have probably guessed seeing as you're on ep 16 on the patreon. These things have probably already been cleared up for you but I just wanted to let you know to make sure :). PS. Hopefully you're enjoying the show as much as I did/do, cause wow.

Yeah it's weird cause the ones who took took special brains - the shepherds - have full on conversation and give actual orders like a normal human. They're not just repeating nonsense. Thank you yeah it's awesome I really like it!!

Re: Lena is very "green": It's not super-obvious, but Lena is only 16 years old. They mention it at some point, when pointing out that she's the youngest person to ever reach the rank of Major.

i always wonder if reactors look back at these and realise stuff from the new aquired info from later episodes. cause looking back at all this info on annette`s character is really interesting. knowing her character , you can pick up on the subtle info being thrown at you, when you dont know. it just passes as entertainment/ comedic relief moments to de-stress from all the action.

PARARAIDDDDD, it shares sensorial data to others, so, what he hears, others hear. The whole system is quite mysterious, and it's one of the suspension of disbelief elements that the show asks of the viewer. "It just works!"

Basically, the more they fight with the legion, more likely the legion grows. Only shin knows what the legion is doing with the brains, only he kills he's ally's to prevent that the legion takes they brains to make multiple copies of machines.

I think Rei was more loyal to The Republic because he's older and has more memories of growing up there as opposed to the current cast which were only young children when all the discrimination started.
