By running while watching this virtual video, i was able to run on the treadmill from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. It gives me a lot of motivation to run. After this, in the second week, I tried to run up to 20 minutes. In the third week, maybe I run up to 30 minutes, I will share further achievements in this comment section 😅, hope you can make more video like this tqq❤
