Sir I think in 3 case The HP1 - DLO - 219800 HP2 - SO - (30000) HP3 - SO. - (170000)✓ (175000)× TAXINC. - 19800✓. 14800× Because 2HP self occupied any one HP eligible for 2lac deduction limit then such deduction will given in aggregate in respect of 2 self occupied HP HOWEVER, SIR I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS AND RELLY INSPIRED FROM YOU ❤

3 mei se bas 2 hi Self occupied hoti and the 3rd one will be deemded let out... for the 3rd one we will get the full 2,00,000 interest deduction while the other 2 will be SOP and their Aggregate interest limit is 2,00,000 however to determine which one to SO and DLO we will have to calculate and find option which is giving the least income from HP

Sir in last ques when we take H1 as DLO and H2 &H3 as SO Loan is taken for repair of H2 and purchase of H3. Then the limit of Interest deductible must be only ₹ 2'00'000 but not ₹1'75'000 + ₹ 30'000
