Nice vedio being searching for Jamaican vedios because our hospital needs here are way more than those in other countries. I have done it 3 times already and preparing to do it for the final time each time feels like the first so I love watching vedios . Regarding the maternity pad you will need all that and more. They don't just put on 1 and keep the rest they put on 2 and u have to change very regularly. It's advised that u don't hold your urine because it increases the bleeding and every time you pee you will see that you need to change it and that's 2 more pads each time. So stack up u will need them. Congrats and see delivery.
