@@Vikas-zd1rj All the govts till now are involved highly in real estate business and tourism industry they don't have any vision to develop our hilly state based on its ecology. Agriculture and horticulture have been ignored badly with no or little assistance instead they facilitate selling of lands. If they want to promote tourism then must do it ecologically and only small homestays should be allowed to build in hills. Agri land which is already in shortage needs to be protected although damage has been done. I don't understand what is the need of these big hotels and big gated housing societies in hills for rich and ecologically insensitive city people.

Rate is very very high. The peach trees shown are of low quality and 90 trees perhaps would not give income of Rs.1 lac in a year. A trend has emerged to lure city people to buy land at exorbitant prices just by showing greenery and Himalayas which are most of the times covered in fog and clouds and not even visible.
