Sir..tripple output smps+5,+12,-12, me (-12v) fluctuation ke upper video banaye. KZbin par kisi ne nahi bataya h...+5v, +12v ok but -12 volt fluctuating.

Doesn't the capacitor that u replaced it with damaged too? Because from 330uf to 370uF is a very big leap, i think at most it should go to 345uF and lowest to 315uF or 300, maybe I'm wrong , also a ESR meter could be very useful in these situations but thanks in advance for explaining in videos how circuitry works and how you repair appliances as a professional with step by step, also I recommend if u order some amtech Flux it will help your soldering very much , Have a great day brother

really thankful for your valuable question original capacitor value was 330uF 200V. i replaced with same value capacitor as per meter reading it was reading 370uf, that is normal. because as per quality and tolerance of the capacitor. capacitor tolerance value in upper is acceptable but in lower side is problematic. normally a decrease 10% of total value is acceptable, but in upper side if it is 50% more than the printed value, then it capacitor is to be considered good. most of chinese brand capacitor give less value than the printed value but branded capacitors always provide more value than the printed value

regarding soldering flux i rarely use soldering flux, as i use flux filled solder (KESTER solder, BOW electronics and alpha solder wire) i love these brands and i am these since long (approximately above 20 years) . it don't needs flux. but as per your valuable recommendations i will check amtech flux and will try it

it seems a linear rise in temperature which causes by the dielectric leakage. if it explodes with 220 voltage, it makes blast. moreover there is MOV for 180volt. if voltage increase than 180 volt that makes short circuit in line and neutral, and within few milliseconds, it protects the circuit in this case the MOV was safe. indicating that the voltage were not above limit

It was set in 220V voltage!!!!! That's the reazon this capacitor exploded!!!!! 😊

might be it is connected to 220 volt outlet or might be material failure there are just these 2 possible reasons for its damage
