Brothers, this was so inspiring to watch. I'm currently going through a test, which I haven't really noticed as a 'test' but after watching this I realised Allah is testing me, because, he loves me. I also have to admit, I haven't been the closest to Allah recently which is always lingering at the back of my head and I KNOW I need to go back to my good habits but it's difficult. After watching this, I am seriously inspired to thanking Allah for all I have, being grateful for everything and being content (or CONTEMPT shall I say LOL) Alhamdulilah. May Allah swt bless you guys for these podcasts- they're eye opening and inspiring.

Aslam alakoum May Allah bless you brothers great episode as usual. There has really been a significant shift in brother Faisal’s approach to podcasting. You have really matured through this process it’s great to see your growth. Keep up the hard work and may Allah reward you for it. Edit: So funny that I mentioned this comment before i got to the part where u discussed your maturity. I agree it’s definitely showing particularly in the last year

37:35 - 38:20: I've been wanting to put on the jilbab for a while, when I heard that it just made me want to do it more. But there is one thing holding me back. My mother may Allah SWT protect her doesn't really want me to. Even when I started putting on the abaya it was an issue and kind of still is. I just don't know what to do 'cause I don't wanna create more stress for her and the family. I know I should just do it but its hard when its you mother. Any advise?

Oz Yes she is, but i guess culture amd stuff and societal standards make her scared for me.
@n.m4676 жыл бұрын
I had the same issue. Once you put it on and they see you becoming better, it will become normal. My parents would now think it's weird if I took the abaya off. Remember your parents need time to get to know who you are becoming so it's normal for them to worry at first. Trust in Allah it will all be fine In sha Allah. I think you should wear the jilbab sis x

Nahema Yeah, I guess I'll just try to bring it up to my dad first, I think he'll support me inshaAllah. And after that I'll tell her. Please make dua for me that it will go well
@Abdullah127946 жыл бұрын
Somebodyy 147 sis firstly make dua that Allah grants you the Tawfeeq and that your parents accept it insha Allah. When I first started wearing niqab, I was sooo scared of my dad finding out, I used to hide from him and wear it lol, he was against it and so was my mum. But you know slowly I started wearing it and if they did say things I would say that this is a good thing I’m doing coz I’m covering my self. I know it’s very hard when parents are very cultural and don’t know Islam much. It’s a very hard situation. But sis I think it’s ok insha Allah go ahead and wear your Jilbab. If your mum or dad says anytbing, explain to them nicely and say this is what makes me happy and comfortable. And don’t engage in arguments with them. Wear on a normal basis and slowly they’ll accept sis, there will be no other choice but to accept it sis. Time heals everything insha Allah. Don’t worry sis your parents will eventually accept it. Once day they’ll be happy that you wear this type of modest clothing. My dad respects so much the fact that I wear niqab and so does my mum.

The Gospel (Good News) Simple terms; Believe on Christ and live. The Gospel (Good News) Basic Scriptural terms; Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23, I Corinthians 15:3-4, John 3:16, 36. Ephesians 2:8-9, Ephesians 1:13, I John 5:11-13. The Gospel (Good News) in Layman terms; All have sinned (fallen short of God's mark) which is perfection. Yet in-spite of such, God loves us so much, that He was manifest in the flesh (Jesus the Christ), being the lamb of God, which takes away the sin of the world. This He did at Calvary, being our atonement, and our propitiation, paying in His own blood to redeem us, and cleanse us eternally. He then, did go into the heart of the earth for three days and three nights, and upon the third day, did rise in resurrection power. And all who believe on/in Him, and what He has done and promised, will pass from death unto life, and will also be sealed with Him, the Holy Ghost. Not only that, all who have believed on/in Him, have the eternal promise and assurance, that we may know, that we have been saved forever. I bid; I John 5:11-13: And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. May Christ alone be exalted.
