Definitely be super specific about what exactly Wharton offers that no other business school does. You could talk about a specific event or speaker panel Wharton hosts for students/community every year that you can see yourself being involved in. You have to show that you truly did your research into the school and also highlight WHY Wharton should want you and not someone else.
