About a year ago I suffered from some crippling anxiety. First thing I did was surrender to God. Second thing I did was watch your KZbin’s. It helped me so much. In a sense I think God put your videos in front of me. Your videos helped me so much. Fast forward to today I have not had anxiety for last 11 months. Idk may be over thinking it but thank you! I'm the same way Mikie, when I was in Wudangshan China there was a dumpling restaurant downtown and all they served was beef, pork, lamb and chicken dumplings. Since the Tai Ji school, I was attending only served a strict vegetarian diet. I ate there 4-5 times a week. Just can't beat a good fresh dumpling.
