Some people don't understand, or grasp, the risk of downloading random things on the web. Beyond the epic gameplay (which absolutely slaps, let’s be real), I can’t help but admire the low-key nod to privacy and security. It’s like a subtle wake-up call.

I like that this game doesn't play its hand too early. Once you get past the boot screen, it actually lets you settle in and engage with the world and characters properly. Lots of these "subversive" horror games are too eager to get into it and are less effective as a result

@ Kinda, but with the wife it’s *super* weird becuase this was a huge event for the game that everybody else acted as if this was something new. But, somehow, she already experienced the birthday just like how the player did. Not even her husband knew that himself. You could assume that those quips about the player were just add ins by the devs but her knowing about the party that was going to happen already is just extremely odd. Think of it like in DDLC where Monika jokes about Sayori’s hanging incident. There should be no way she should know about that so it throws you off when you see it.

this game is so interesting, and i realy liked how the dev conected it with the last one, 98xx. like, theres the references to the events of that game: the black truck that the soul traped in Gerald had and hit the mother and the daughter, the mother and the taughter themselves in Darcy, and Asteroid Balst, i think? also the dialogues between the characters were so good. its very nice. also, very nice longer video, glad you're back!

This one was so good!! You can tell the quality right off the bat - the voices have the mouths match PERFECTLY with the words they're speaking! I mean, until things start happening, anyway. I wish the game went into more detail, drew out some of the middle bits, explained more things before becoming ARG-like - which don't get me wrong, the games that dance that thin line between reality and game with a sense of digital deduction are some of my FAVORITE - but I felt it could just... Be longer, I guess, explain some things. Why did Julian say he didn't mean it? What did he do? Other than clearly not be a fan of Angelica, even though her character really did just seem innocently excited to have that attention that she lacked. Also, why did Julian want to contact her father on that first day? The King isn't even mentioned, other than the intro song mentioning Julian might as well be King - I feel like there's more going on with his character than we know and I wish we knew more about it. Kudos for sticking with it and giving us the grasp of the gameplay Ryan!! ♥♥
