This is remarkable! At first it was very intense and I didn't know how to handle it but then I allowed myself to embrace the intensity and feel it fully, to surrender to it. I started the first 20 minutes of this using my own 55cm drum to follow along the simple drum beat, holding it so my chest could feel the vibrations. This made the experience even more medicinal and otherworldly. It helped me fall into a one of the most interesting meditations I've had in recent memory when I laid down to finish listening. This is the most amazing meditation music I've ever heard. Felt like I was being healed by 50,000 years of humanity. Whoa, just whoa. I decided to meditate to this with headphones on..the first few minutes was pretty good and then the deeper I got into a meditative state, the more intense things got! Everytime the didgeridoo went to the right side, I’d feel such an intense sensation that I’ve only ever felt when I would dream about an entity coming up to my right ear and all I could hear is the loudest noise and just intense energy shooting through the right side of my body! So the first moments of just trying to sit and relax into it was so hard and my body would have convulsions but I didn’t wanna break my focus! Until I finally surrendered into it and in my mind, I had a vision on my ancestors letting me know they are there and to surrender to it! And finally it felt like something just UNLATCHED from me and I had this overwhelming feeling of just…RELIEF!! I felt so light coming back and like someone just massaged/ did some body work on the right side of my body and head..I really can’t put it into words, THANK YOU!!! Sound heals!!!
