Another awesome content! It's important to those watching MPL PH what the implications are in the changes in point system are. As the disparity between winners and losers get larger, the difference between winning 2-0 and 2-1 gets smaller meaning it's less punishing for teams that loses a game just as long they win the match.

It seems like they are forcing teams to give their all in the reg season including hidden strat/heroes, a give all scenario since you get alot for winning more. Like you wont care anymore if they know about ur strat as long as you get at least top 3.

Yes, but the disadvantage is that other regions can get a sneak peek at those hidden strats and heroes. Tho I'm still excited at the idea of a more intense reg season matches

What if there are no elimination? Why not make another match like 7 vs 8, then 6 vs (7 or 8) and 5 vs (the winner in match 2) So that it is fair to all the franchising team.
