8IGHT-X 2.0 Build Series, Steering Assembly and Engine , Bag H & I

I just got my 2.0 kit as my first 1/8 scale buggy build. I've got all the TLR 10th scale options and loved those builds. This one has been frustrating as I'm building an E buggy and I would think you would have nitro and electric parts completely separate. But already multiple times I've run into "missing" hardware with nothing in manual about where it is only to find it in a nitro bag of parts. Having to open bags dig everything out for what you need and hope the pile of left overs you didn't miss anything is rough. It would be different if the manual tells you the exact bag letter and bag number and what you need from said bag but theirs nothing.

So I just built my tlr 8ight xe 2.0.. went to the setup that was provided with the revised outdrives. The setup states +1 front toe. I have a negative toe and cannot get a positive toe. The rod ends are against the "meat" of the rods. How do I fix this?
