@@Zairn12345 Fantastic but pretty much requires a 4090 to run at good resolutions with how it works. It essentially will half your framerate to display in both eyes, paired with VR requiring really high resolutions to look realistic. On top of that, part of the issues with the stereo effect is that objects, especially closer to you, have a halo around them that can be ignored at a far but is jarring for me up close. Don't get me wrong, I still love the mod and it's one of the best ways to experience Night City hands down, but my 3080 could barely keep up, and forget about adding raytracing unless you have a 4090 (and even then you probably shouldn't). I tried it with my 3080, and while it looked INCREDIBLE, the power just wasn't there to make me not get sick playing it. However, my opinion on it will change when the power is there and I can push the framerates. Maybe in another 2-3 years??

@nathandam6415 that's actually less of an issue than you'd think. It took a little bit to get used to, but you aim with your head not your hands, and I paired it with a realistic damage mod and was pretty accurate. Biggest issue by far was framerate, followed closely by the halo effect

I've always thought the Pagani Zonda looks so futuristic so it looks right at home in this world. *I should add, futuristic when you consider that the Zonda platform was first released in 1999. It looks almost like retro-futurism now, but back then it would have looked really wild and radical.

This is better than GT7. GT7 has an issue with the lighting on cars that makes it more inaccurate than this, specifically how light reflects and whatnot. It's due to its lack of RT in racing. This models the paint realistically and without zooming in, unlike other games, you can see the various paint dimples and whatnot. ​@xzraiderzx308

It's using some advanced mods. The racing games (GT7, FM8 etc.) are optimized for console and not-so-powerful PC's. If Forza or GT released a game this realistic looking, almost no one would be able to play due to hardware limitations. Even then, FM and GT still look very good and GT especially looks photorealistic sometimes

@GenocideJooz Great graphics will always add to immersion. But yes, story telling and/or gameplay always comes first. In racing games, graphics are definitely a key factor though. Since there's hardly any storytelling and the gameplay is always just "racing" lol

This game just sounds and looks too good for its own good. especially with RT. No other game can pull off the urban cyberpunk atmosphere more realistically than this one. Where just walking and driving through the cityscape and countryside is an experience in and of itself. And this lighting mod is really peak realism.

Visually yes, but there's something so dead about the NPC's and especially the car handling that makes it feel so unrealistic. GTA V doesn't come near the visuals of cyberpunk, but its city feels so much more lifelike and so does the driving.
