Pay off my house and some debts. Make sure the people I loved were comfortable. Set up retirement accounts for them as well... probably start fixing things. I'd create foundations to help the homeless, hungry, and needy.. I'd put solar everywhere.

After paying off all my debt, I’d buy a sizable chunk of land and open up an animal sanctuary. Neglected dogs and cats would all be welcomed. I’d also have a farm and that any money made from the farm would go right back into the animal sanctuary.

That’s a lot of money and one could do a lot. 😆. I would build a state of the art animal shelter as we have a huge problem in my town with animals constantly being dropped. I would also build a tiny/small home complex/community for the homeless or those who were really struggling. God has been good to me and my children and none have pressing needs like so many other people have.
