Have watched their youtube videos and heard the story of the gal taking over her family business, this is before you filmed this video. The gals literally use wrist strength handling the heavy woks with big fire and am wondering how they manage that. The ingredients look fresh, not the best presentation but definitely hearty sumptuous food. The gal boss is so pretty, a big bonus.
