The gals literally use wrist strength handling the heavy woks with big fire and am wondering how they manage that. I used to live near there on the Chiyoda line - Minami Kashiwa. These towns are commuter towns or bedtowns. I might have been to the original restaurant - I know these kind of restaurants are hygge and the staff hardworking with lots of loyal customers. 8 kg is a feat.
