Employee like us have to save little amount from monthly salary for future use. The amount I saved per month is little but the liabilities i require to spend is high. Liabilities like social liabilities, education liabilitues, domestic liabilities etc etc are the liabilities. Therefore, high fitment factor is require for the govt employees who are solely depend upon salary. Hope Narendra Modi , Nirmala sitaraman and their team are hope of govt employees. God bless them.

Govt employees of high rank like group A, B gazatted officers are able to manage any amount of money any time but govt employee of low rank officer , group B non gazatted, group c employees are not able to manage any amount at any time ubless they have their own saving amount. So higher salary to employee is more important if govt want to give justice to govt employees. Big officers do not wait for salary also they do not remember that they are getting salary because they can manage any amount they rewuire any time but small rank officers are not like that.
