As a HC, I am 100% responsible for everything that happens on the field, in the locker room (metaphorical) and in the stands. Therefore, I insist on 100% control of those areas. I have my parents sign a contract. I explain that most refs will give 1 sideline warning before he starts walking off yards for coach/parent behavior. If any spectator on my team gets a sideline warning, I will ask them to leave. 2 of my coaches got into a near fight last season after a game. I fired them both and banned one from all games and practices for the rest of the year because he put his hands on the other coach. This off-season, the banned former coach was acting up on emails, so I invited the family not to return despite his son being one of my best players. Things have changed. You are always 5 seconds away from going viral. Gray team was very well coached, BTW. Love that ISO and the o-line is legit.

@@TB-ni4ur True that I've never had parents as bad as that. Still wouldn't tolerate it. I kicked 3 parents out of our games last season for poor behavior. After the last one, told the parents that this will stop if they want the team to continue with me being part of it. Want to scream racial slurs? Fine. Do it without me on the sideline. @@Bruss813 I suppose you could do that in many leagues/clubs/teams. Not in mine. Bylaws are very clear that membership to our non-profit corporation for cause. However, if I was in a situation without those bylaws and a parent told me to "kick rocks and I'll coach the team", I'd happily do just that. Now, what did the kids learn on this day? Team work, sportsmanship, winning with class or losing with grace? No, they learned pressure. The pressure of I better do great or daddy/uncle/older brother might go off. It's no wonder a lot of kids would rather stay home and play video games.

The worst thing about youth sports is always parents. Any sport, any decade.

Ole boy in the "I Heart Black Women" shirt, was a problem earlier. But looks like he got what he wanted out of it.

Watch the movie king Richard if you haven’t. It really shines a light on the some of the horrible parents in youth sports.

Imagine you're trying to play ball, and your dad gets knocked out of his crocs on the field LOL.

You can usually tell things will get out of hand when you have 3 or 4 coaches that can't seem to stay off the field. Then you have an idiot in the stands that is cursing and smoking and isn't removed by security at that time.

From early in this video when I noticed they were allowing the kids to do unsportsmanlike and disrespectful celebrations after making plays on the field, I knew that the possibility of trouble like this was great.

After coaching little league sports for years, kids are never the problem because they are kids and I expect an 10 year old to be a 10 year old. The problem has always been and will always be the parents. We have good parents and we have bad parents.

The TD celebration for the green team was a full production. Just give the ball back to the ref. You're not in the NFL.

These kids see this and think this is the way to handle a disagreement. Don’t get me wrong, some people need to be put in their place but not in front of your children.

Too much of this goes on in youth football. I’m in ga and it’s turning into a damn circus show. Let the kids play and develop

Parents really do t understand what that does to the kids who still have to finish the game. Anytime I saw parents freak like that (when I was a kid), I lost all focus on the game lol would always take a sec to get it back…
