Age is just a number < 99+ Wat the problem hdb 50-60? How to be in place,complacent? Are you on loan for max 30yrs Imply at at least 21yrs plus ,30yrs Meaning housing will always younger not newer or renewal

@@Jack_Ren pr不是公民。hdb是政府(公屋)。处了新国没有其他国家给Pr买政府房

@@4812jean they buy hdb without grants, they can only buy resale, there is a limit quota and they have to pay extra stamp duties.
