Eric Olsen, Executive Director of HELPS Nonprofit Law Firm will answer questions pertaining to seniors with financial difficulties Tuesday and Thursdays at 10 am Pacific, 11 am Mountain, 12 noon Central and 1 pm Eastern Time. Options if you owe debt you can’t afford to pay. How seniors can maintain their financial independence. Topics discussed include why and how seniors income is protected. What happens if sued? How to stop unwanted collector contact. How and why assets are protected. What about past due income taxes and income taxes. Home ownership, rental and transportation issues. Eric is an attorney for over 42 years and the founder of HELPS, a charitable law firm that assists seniors in all fifty states.

Love you Eric you rock and I’m a little confused with technology myself but you’re doing great getting the message out. I am promoting the firm and its program to educate seniors. We are kept in the dark by design of the system. Ever since they started persuading us to get more credit cards at 0 introductory interest rates for 12 or 18 months then knowing we wouldn’t be able to resist because some of us are barely getting by. I am telling my fellow Americans any chance I get to call you for assistance. Judgement proof is so comforting. Thanks again the 40 bucks I pay each month to helps is a bargain. I love saving give my lawyer call and he will deal with you. You’re cease and desist letters are doing the job and my peace of mind is back 😊❤

I am really sorry I missed this session today as I learned a lot, especially "the hole just keep getting bigger and bigger", because that is just how I felt until October 2023 when I found HELPs. Also, I talked to Amy yesterday on the phone about one of my creditors and she was so very nice and then today I talked to Kayden and was very nice as well and got my answers right away. HELPS is a blessing to anyone who is signed up with them. Mr. Olsen is just so nice too.
