I love to kick-start my day with early morning movement and a productive 6am morning routine. Whether it's getting back into running, yoga session, or pilates from home, I'm trying my best to prioritise physical activity to boost my energy and set a positive tone for the day ahead. Nothing sets me up as good as the perfect morning routine.
When it comes to fuelling my body, healthy lunches are so important to me to keep me going through a busy 9-5 day in my life. Hey!! ❤️ so I actually got given two second hand haha - I have one from Miele which is very good but pricey and one from John Lewis. Depending on your budget I recommend the John Lewis one it’s pretty affordable and I like it!! When I move house we’ll probably look for a new one, I am definitely tempted by a Dyson, and then I’ll shop around a bit and do a compare so I’ll let you know if I find a better option! ❤️
