If imam wanted the people to follow aban you knock the Imam of his time as he refer the people to follow other than him ...

إبان رضوان الله عليه كان يفتي بقال الباقر وقال زين العابدين وقال الصادق عليهم الصلاة والسلام... يعني حكم واقعي ... والشواهد كثيرة من الأحاديث... اما المجتهد يفتي بالظن وهو عين الرأي... وهو الكفر ... رجال الكشي: أحمد بن محمد بن رباح، عن محمد بن عبد الله بن غالب، عن محمد ابن الوليد، عن يونس بن يعقوب، عن عبد الله بن خفقة قال: قال لي أبان بن تغلب، مررت بقوم يعيبون علي روايتي عن جعفر عليه السلام قال: فقلت: كيف تلوموني👈 في روايتي عن رجل ما سألته عن شئ إلا قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله: فمر صبيان وهم ينشدون " العجب كل العجب بين جمادي ورجب " فسألته عنه فقال: لقاء الأحياء بالأموات.

The Taqleed whuxh imam condemning is your example of the taqleed ... Following a mujtahid is disbeleivinng in Allah and ahlulbait ...

If condemnation is upon the terms, wouldn't it be avoiding the appearance of evil not to be so conservative? If we are given reason or context to follow rulings, it isn't mere eisegesis not making exegesis non direct to agree with authorities that were not the Innocents and the Prophets.

One of th Akhbari books I had read about their opinion they said on this hadith that we don't know who is this aban or there are many aban ibn taglibh so what should we say about it

It is an extremely weak argument considering that even Sunni Rijal scholars are well aware of Aban ibn Taghlib.

Why you are lying ? Aban was not issuing fatwa from his own pocket as your mujtahid... Can you be a brave and tell how Aban is doing fatwa ... that will answer your lie ...
