Watching that power get laid down so brutally is great. So very little--if anything--wasted. Just the tiniest chirps. You building your ST185 for this kind of power makes it easy to let mine be lazy--you got this! ; )

@gmadgengarage2 жыл бұрын
@@alltrac101 interesting. I’ve never seen a car with a active full exhaust and a up pipes along with the waste dump tubes. Wouldn’t have made more power with just the up pipes? Or does doing this way affect the turbo spool in a positive way?
@alltrac1012 жыл бұрын
This creates the best of both worlds. Car is 1000% quieter with a 3” full exhaust vs 3.5” and even quieter with the tail plug which I drive around with on the streets.
@gmadgengarage2 жыл бұрын
@@alltrac101 that’s awesome. You should do a video on this. Seems like a very interesting setup. I’ve always thought that it was too complicated cumbersome with the extra piping to do both, but now I’m curious lol.

Noticed that run had full exhaust, any reason didn't run the open setup venting out the bonnet?
@alltrac10110 ай бұрын
I wanted to see what it would do in full trim. The full trim does dump out the hood via a boost activated bypass but can’t run as much boost when it’s just the hood dump
@patrickm978510 ай бұрын
@@alltrac101 Thanks for the reply! I imagine venting 100% out the hood would make even more power at same/lower boost. Very impressive, great work 👏
