$9.99 Facon Razor - any good?

Hey Heiko! I have seen this razor on eBay, Amazon, etc. for quite some time now. I have always been curious about it. Thanks so much for the review of it! I just ordered it off Amazon for $9.99 along with several other bargain razors! Can't wait for it to arrive on Friday! Years ago, I purchased a 3 piece razor from Facon for $3 at the time, and for the price, it was a great purchase! Thanks as always for the videos! Happy New Year! JimG

I tried the Facon, I found it rough even with Tatra blades which I find smooth in everything else I use

Great review! Another nice budget option to add to the list. Plus, as you've said, it gave a good shave in 2 passes even with the blades that come with it but you could easily enhance the experience further by putting a wilkinson sword, feather or whatever your favorite blade is in the razor. Sounds like a great travel option too.

Great review! I bought the Feather Popular and look forward to shaving with it tomorrow. I have struggled with ingrown hairs on my face and neck. A few months ago, I started using AmLactin. It's a lotion with 12% lactic acid for exfoliation. This, along with DE shaving, has eliminated ingrowns on my face and neck. The idea is that using an exfoliant can help remove dead skin buildup that can prevent the hairs from growing straight out of the skin. Just wanted to share something that's worked for me. Maybe is the blade that you used that give a don't gentle shave,if you tried what usually work for you,could update if the result was better?

That is true in most cases. There are however a few razors that are just bad and can't be helped by a good blade.

Hi how long a Zamac razor last ? Stainless steel are very pricey

It will last for many years as long as you keep it clean and dry when not in use.

I have the facon razor with the fifty blades l paid about $15 on Amazon months ago 😮... the razor is very good with other blades...l did not like the facon blades.. l shaved with a treet black beauty today and l got a close wonderful shave 😅
