9.99 Official Rubik's Cube Average

cube: Rs3m v5 ballcore
This is my first sub-10 average that is NOT a PR. Which... I'm happy about. This is normal now. I knew BPA was either 9.98 or 9.99 going into solve 5, so I tried to just do a clean solve in order to lock it in.
It's a shame the f2l on solve 4 was kinda bad, because the OLL was soooooo clean despite it being a dot case. Oh well. Solving in Weiner Hall made it worth the trip lol.
