I have NArrowing of PUJ (stricture)... is it important to operate it. Doctors suggested me to operate it. I had UTI one month before with fever because of PUS CELLS 25-30 HPF, but since last month I have no symptoms.....

It depends on your symptoms ... PUJ Structure is definite indication of surgery but not an emergency types ... You can wait ... Meanwhile , you could have frequent UTI , requiring multiple antibiotics to cure it ... Sometimes , structure may lead to formation of stones as the urine flow is decreased due to stricture and urine starts getting stagnated in kidney leading to stone formation .... I know it's a difficult decision to make ... But , think over your symptoms ... If it's affecting ur routine life and day to day activities , better get it done ... Else , you can wait and watch ... May be , you can go symptomless for few years ...
