1. Protein - eat protein first in your meal (then veggies) - important for rebuilding your body (e.g. muscles, hormones, skin, etc.), especially as you age. Two amino acids are Lysine and Prolene support collagen production. Need 0.8 grams/lb of ideal body weight. 2. Fish and fish oil (omega 3 fatty acids (cell membrane, skin, anti-inflammatory, lowers cortisol, elongates telomeres, etc.) - supplement with this, look for absorbable triglicerides form 3. Olive oil (Extra Virgin only - least processed/damaging) - polyphenols contain antioxidants - drink it if you have too, Dr. Gundry recommends have a liter a week 4. Blueberries - super antioxidant powerhouses, neutralize free radicals, anti-inflammatory, protect collagen, reduce cardiovascular disease and diabetes 5. Broccoli - antiaging, anti-inflammatory, antioxidants (broccoli sprouts even better) 6. Green tea - helps collagen, improves insulin sensitivity, supports healthy gut bacteria (which helps skin) 7. Turmeric (curcumin) - potent anti-inflammatory, DNA damage cut in half with just 1/8th tsp a day, must take with fat 8. Coffee - major source of antioxidants, polyphenols protects skin from sun damage, must do coffee before lunch because caffeine stays in blood for at least 12 hours and reduces deep wave/restorative sleep (even if you think you're sleeping fine - you're not - it's a drug so use wisely) 9. Dark Chocolate - at least 85% cacao, organic 10. BONUS - bone broth - can use a bone broth powder concentrated protein in your smoothie to make it easier

Thanks so much. 1) We don't have blueberries in my region. Are there more options? 2) Brocolli is not readily available because it's grown in our northern region and takes long to arrive and there's preservation issues. Still thinking of options. 3) Finally, a teaspoon of coffee keeps me staring at the ceiling without blinking throughout the night🤣. Any option to coffee?

A beautiful broccoli salad recipe Boil broccoli in hot water with himalayan salt just a couple of minutes till the fork goes through the stems, strain out the broccoli. Mix with olive oil, salt and chopped garlic.

Regarding dark chocolate, most brands (esp. "healthy" ones) contain lead, cadmium and other heavy metals, which is very problematic.

You mentioned psoriasis a couple of times in this video, which is so great because no one ever does. What are some specific things someone with psoriasis should do to heal the gut? I’ve been eating all of these foods for so long and I’ve done so many things to try and heal the gut, but to no avail. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Lindt has a great 99% Chocolate bar. Or add Cocoa Powder to coffee (seems Hershey is this - non GMO - I rarely trust anything in the grocery store and especially from names I know but seems OK to me)

Because 100% cacao chocolate is pretty bitter tasting, I combine it with 1/2 of a sweet potatoe & milkadamia for a smoothie every day. Splendid!

Drinking coffee for chlorogenic acid, will yield little to none. Roasting the coffee beans destroys all but just a nominal amount of chlorogenic acid (a highly beneficial antioxidant, btw👍) However!😀 taking (as a supplement) green coffee fruit, or drinking a green coffee fruit beverage (several on the market, but pricey) - will give you all the benefits of chlorogenic acid (that we aren't getting in a cup - or 2 or 10 🤯!cups of regular coffee.

Many women don't tolerate coffee well unfortunately as it throws our hormones out of balance, increase in cortisol is a big problem for women. Check how you feel after coffee also depending on your cycle. I love coffee, unfortunately I can't get closer than enjoy the aroma, drinking it wrecks havoc in my system. I'm a green tea addict and can't imagine the first half of a day without a few cups of sencha or matcha😊

Golden flaxseed/ linessed oil. Coldpressed stored in dark glass bottles for up to 3months is the best quality. All natural. Eat it cold not on salads, make a dressing, on tomatoes, you can dip fresh bread in it. Or gulp a tablespoon dowm like medicine.

The only issues with consuming fish oils and turmeric is that they may give off strong odours,as I have found out and you left out avacados

Most people that live long lives are either vegan or vegetarian, they move their bodies and exercise, don’t eat processed foods, and live in environments that are scenic and encourage outdoor activities. Walking, biking using exercise parks or being in nature.

The problem with blueberries cauliflowere is, farmers are spent lots of money for fertilizers and pestocides and also herbicide like round up wich is carcenogenic.

The worst are broccoli. I heard from organic farmers it's almost impossible to grow withouit pesticides because.bugs also love broccoli.

Protein in the form of meat doesn't contribute to less ageing. It has the highest AGE end products because of the way they are cooked. High end glycation is the very thing that contributes to ageing.All meat is usually fried at high temperatures creating high end glycation contributing to ageing. Very slow cooking below simmer point makes a huge difference to AGE high end glycation for the cooking of protein foods. All Protein powders are excitoxins...mean they excite your cells to death. So excessive protein creates free radicals. Protein from plants contribute to less ageing. Salmon cooked with very low temperatures and those that are not farmed can be sliced thin and eaten raw. This has the less amount of glycation than all protein meats. Free radicals are created when high temperatures are used to cooked food. If you ate going to eat protein cook at very low temperatures, never fry anything and poaching slowly and broiling very slowly is always best. Coffee is very controversial.....it is basically roasted coffee beans with water added to the roast and this is done at high temperatures...when you add water it turns brown because of the glycated product. You are best off with green tea and white tea and high quality chocolate 85% cacao.

Thanks so much. 1) We don't have blueberries in my region. Are there more options? 2) Brocolli is not readily available because it's grown in our northern region and takes long to arrive and there's preservation issues. Still thinking of options. 3) Finally, a teaspoon of coffee keeps me staring at the ceiling without blinking throughout the night🤣. Any option to coffee?

Agree with everything you said other then Olive Oil. If you like oxidized free radical damage to your cells and aging you quicker sure go for Olive Oil otherwise use Butter instead
