That’s not a call somebody should make freshly coming to Def Jam. He only held that job for 4 years, 2 years into his term he blocked DMX. Let’s say you are right though, what steps did he take to help X put out quality music? Because if he just stopped X music cold turkey, then that looks like shelving for no reason.
