Ubisoft should just make it to where all the cheaters face each other and not real players, and real players could just spectate whenever they want. Make a sport out of it, see who can cheat the hardest. After the match ends, everyone just gets banned.

Yeah it's a great idea but they can't really do that because the cheat detection itself is a joke. Even if they did do that cheaters will catch on when they get put into full cheater lobby and realise they got shadow banned they'll quit and start on new account.

@@Bayyyro nope. The thing is most of these cheats are subscription based 100$ per week as example for top of the line one's all the way down to 10$ a week. And there's a market to buy accounts cheap for 2-5$ at the lowest. This is a whole a$$ business. Most of the time you see people getting boosted because they make enough to offset all these expenses and make a profit on top.

The key on the moss log that shaiiko was pressing at inhuman intervals was his 4 key which was bound to his primary gadget so I don’t think he was using it for recoil macros or anything like that. What I did think happen was he was spamming the key too quickly so it backed up the moss log and when it registered it was registered by the computer at regular intervals which made it look inhuman. shaiiko’s team at the time (BeGenius) checked other popular pros moss logs and found similar reports which kinda proves shaiiko innocent to me. The whole situation was handled pretty poorly but I’m happy he was unbanned

14:50 technically if a cheater can temp control the submitters character whilst they are in the match and make them cheat, then it is technically 10 people cheating, but only 9 people playing, unless of course the 10th person just uses the cheats.

@@Noacon Yeah actually I think you're right about Apex. Tbh as a Titanfall fan I honestly just mentally blocked Apex Legends existence from my mind, but as you said, it's besides the point. I don't think people are claiming there's statistically more cheaters, I'm not anyways, what we're complaining about is the fact that the problem is far *worse* than before. The game is infinitely more popular than it was at launch, by and large thanks to streamers, and still the anti-cheat fails to adapt to the ever growing arms race with cheaters. I mean, consider how they chose to implement absolutely daft band-aid solutions like "Mousetrap" instead of just banning Ximmers on console, or how on PC cheaters continue to get away with absolutely insane stuff like bullets creating Maverick holes, speed cheats, spin botting, infinite ammo glitches, firing like a machine gun while holding a deployable shield, etc. This is not how such a popular game should be, by any margin. Their Anti-Cheat is entirely inadequate and yet Ubisoft is sat on their hands and has done next to nothing for the past 2 seasons. I mean FFS, cheaters regularly have K/D's in the double digits and headshot rates > 80%, that alone should be an instant ticket for review, and yet what do they do? Nothing.

Love siege, wish I could play, but dang does it bring out the anger issues. A long time ago it was a cheater maybe every 25-50 matches. The last time I played, it was 1-3 cheaters every other match. It’s so bad to the point of why do I bother playing this game? It’s not fun anymore, it doesn’t spark the same joy it once did. It doesn’t help that it feels like Ubi doesn’t care or just isn’t interested in permanently fixing the problem

I love seeing half the cheater clips to be just a regular prefire or accidental lineups through walls. I know there are many cheaters as 1/2 of my games are cheaters consistently in champ but the golds pointing out cheaters are half of the time just smurfing players (which I know many consider to be scummy/cheater adjacent). People need to realize in some scenarios, players are just more naturally gifted than others and to take killcams with a grain of salt sometimes.
