I made you colorful chemical-free food dyes. Even a drop of food dyes sold turn out to be very dark, but they are harmful products. I also tested how my food dyes look in both dough and whipped cream. You can store these paints in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1 month. You will not feel the taste and smell of whipped cream.
With vanilla and lemon juice, we prevent the taste and smell of vegetables from coming. The more you put in the dye, the more it can affect its taste. The same happens with ready-made food dyes. If you put too much, the paint becomes bitter. This also applies to the natural food coloring I make. If you add too much, it can affect the taste of what you're making. However, very flavored fruits such as oranges and strawberries may taste a little.
Since we make natural food coloring with the logic of jam, you can store it for a long time. You may think that it is very little, but this amount will be enough for your recipes for a long time.
‼️ I used 2-3 dessert spoons in making cake decorations and there was no taste. It can be used in details. However, if you want to use it all over the whipped cream or the whole dough, it may taste bad. 🤗
If you wish, you can dry the remaining pulp in the sun or in the oven, then pass it through a blender and use it as powder food coloring. 🤗
🌺 I used beets for the red color. You can also use hibiscus tea or strawberries.
