To start NG+ you apparently have to launch colossal blast into a massive black hole. I've yet to find the "Massive Black hole" that Queen Sahar told me about. I tried the normal black hole but to no avail. I'll try some more

I found it out, you have to throw colossal blast into the massive black hole in the 5th dimension.

Do you know how to begin new game plus? I went to the fifth dimension but I couldn't find Sahar. It might be because I haven't done the quest required, but I assume that's the one she gives in Balu inside the throne room.
