Eric Wright said that“A lot of people said that Chanel was a dead house while Karl liked the challenge of showing people that they were wrong.” I have often marveled at Karl's creativity:The interlocked “CC” monogram, Chanel’s first miniskirts, Tweed jacket… What’s more, I think Karl Lagerfeld is a master with FASHION ETHICS. He completely understood and respected Coco Chanel's core spirit:Independent, Avant-garde, Rebellious with a strong sense of style, Pearls more than Marriage. He even developed further.
