My KTM 390 Adventure (same color) had a similar problem before 10k Kms. There was a problem with "Timing Chain Tensioner". It cost around Rs.450, They changed it in a warranty. Problem Solved. Now my Bike is around 22K kms and no Problem

The Mysore KTM service center is always the same-delayed and unhelpful. My bike's front alloy broke, and it has been 15 days since I left it at the center. They keep telling me that they've placed the order, but it hasn't arrived yet. How can it take so many days for an alloy to be delivered?

Iv had very good experience with KTM Banashankari but i do agree that waiting time is very high which is why they dont provide the quality of service they were once providing. Madhu sir used to take care very well in the old service center but since they moved to the new building the number of bikes have increased soo much and their quality has gone down
