Hi guys! I've been doing this for about 3 weeks now (6 days a week) and I thought I'd share some updates with you. I've lost 7 cm around my waist (~2.75 inches) and I've gained 1 cm around my thighs ( ~0.40 inches). I don't have any abs (yet lol) but my stomach has definitely gotten flatter and more toned. My thighs also became more toned. The first week of this workout is pure hell, but from the second week it only gets better. I'd definitely recommend doing this workout. Good luck!

A year ago from now I started working out my abs with this video and I was very very consistent with it I would do it 2 times a day 7 days a week and I would eat very very healthy I started to see an amazing difference I went from a m to a small but I stopped doing it after 2 months and now I'm back to where I was in the first place this workout DOES WORK!! It works wonders so if you're trying to get a flatter stomach this does work make sure you're consistent with it and even when you reach your goal continue to do these! I'm starting these again & so should all of you watching this good luck guys!!

I just wanted to point at something really important that people may not realise when it comes to having a flat stomach. I was doing this exercise (I was skinny everywhere EXCEPT my stomach and had no clue why-.-) and I was noticing a small change, but not much. But then after looking in the mirror for a while I realised that it was my POSTURE that was making me still look a bit fat on my tummy. If you slouch without realising, or have head forward and chest back, your tummy will stick out a little bit. So I started practicing better posture by spending about a minute a day stood with my feet, back and head against a wall. While you're not supposed to walk like a stick all day, it really helps get your body used to standing up properly and makes it look more natural. After this I was really noticing the effects from this video and my stomach was getting flatter and more toned. I know it's probably not gonna apply to everyone, but just an idea for some :)

Trang Bùi Quỳnh I do this video and another one for legs and butt, once every other day. I think if you do it everday the effect is better, but over time these workouts have worked so well for me. They get less intensive over time though, so I added some other ab workouts to it in my routine. But as a whole their channel is great :D

Coming back again after years. This helped me so much during high school. Lots of water and healthy eating (stopped eating a lot of junk food) and this video + dance workout videos. Definitely gave me the flat stomach I wanted. I went from 114 to 100 in a couple weeks. I am back 3 years later 💪 time to do it all over again!

Day1 i just did the work out two times right now and im not gonna lie-it was challenging and i was tired as heck-but that just proves it was working.It was honestly worth it.😥😅 but i stil gotta work on ONE of the exercizes cauze i felt it more in the legs than the stomach for that certain one.il post tomorrow as wel and for the next 2 weeks to see if the are any changes

I MET MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!😃😃😃 It took me 2 months to lose 8 lbs but I did it!!! I have lost 12 pounds over a few months and I feel AMAZING!!! Guys you can do this. I know it feels impossible but the results are SO worth it!!! All I did was do a bunch of different xhit workouts and run a few miles a day and I did it!! You can do it! Never give up!

I've been doing this for about a month, 5 times a week. My weight went from 58 kg to almost 54 kg. I didn't have any particular diet, but I always made sure to drink 8 glasses of water each day. I know it can be hard at first, but the results are worth it😊 Thank you so much Rebecca!💕

Well, 4kg in a month without dieting but just with these isolated exercises? You either lie about this or just have a malign disease. But for everyone, I have been doing Rebecca's workouts for years and they always worked well and immediately so you are in the right place for your goals. Don't expect miracles but your effort will pay off, no doubts.

Shannon and Claire it kinda depends on how fast you want a six pack. if you want fast results do it 2-3 times a day. I'm really busy all the time so I only do it once a day. twice if I'm lucky. but it still definitely works

If you guys watched this and just saved it “for later” let me tell you, i was solely doing this working + basic cardio and random lifting at the gym, only took a little over a month to see drastic results with clean eating (abs come from the kitchen not the gym) , all it takes is consistency and you guys are SET for success and gains, 3 years later i still come back to this workout it really is amazing

Day 1: difficult (especially the flutter kicks) felt good afterwards and had to stop about 5 Times Day 2: only stopped once, and felt the burn. Feeling healthier! Starting to enjoy doing this. Day 3: only stopped once again, but feeling proud and doing all of the moves to the fullest Day 4: did not have to stop once! Day 7: workouts are becoming a lot easier, and already seeing some definition in my stomach! Day 10: starting to form a slight eleven, and feel muscle underneath! I’m getting through these and feeling good and healthy. Day 11: didn’t stop once, and felt the burn, seeing definition.

I’m gonna do this everyday and let y’all know how I do - Day 1- I felt great after Day 2- pretty sore but felt good to workout. Day 3- I can see some results already! day 4 - i forgot to record some days but i’ve been doing them for a week and my stomach is very flat compared to day 1! some tips-take some walks and eat healthy and make sure not to drink carbonated drinks!! love you guys good luck 😚🤍

Day 1: HOLY DAMN i almost fainted and i could not finish most of the exercises aha obv no change Day 2: couldn't finish most either but could already feel a difference, no change Day 3: okay i woke up (i do these at night) and i actually saw my belly being SLIGHTY flatter so yay, could finish most of them! Day 4: slight change again! Could finish even more, am really motivated to keep on going! Day 5: i can actually already see a bigger difference now. Belly is flatter and slightly slimmer, could finish all! Day 6: slightly slimmer, could finish all + could continue if i wanted after the exercise was done (if that makes sence aha) Day 7: can rlly start to see a bigger difference! Completed the set 1,5 times, yay for me Day 8: no obvious changes, completed 1,5 times Day 9: no obvious changes, completed 1,5 times and went surprisenly well Day 10: abs are starting to show a tiny bit :) Day 11: same as day 10, no obvious changes tho Day 12: completed 2 times! Am dead though Day 13: stomach is getting flatter :) Day 14: completed 2 times and went slightly better, stomach is getting flatter and abs are starting to show more! ----- Update: i'm not going to be updating in days bc it's too much work aha, will be updating in weeks :) ----- Week 3: i feel like i'm already getting used to it and most of the time i tend to do the workout twice :) also, since i started i lost 1,3kg/3lbs! Week 4: been on vacation and have been skipping some days but my abs are getting trained now so i didn't experience any problems doing the workout! Also i felt sooo confident in my bikini bc my belly was flat for like the first time ever hahahahaha Week 5: (i forgot to update on the 'actual' week 5 sorry :( ) OKAY SO DARLINGS after this one i think i'm going to stop updating bc the changes are not so spectacular anymore ;) i can still see a difference every week but it's not worth updating lol. so glad i started this again tho, if you're in the comment section wondering wether or not this is a good workout: HELL YE IT IS! It gave me very good results, the only thing is you need to stick to it and do it every day + try to eat slightly better :) YOU CAN DO THIS! I'm sending much courage and stronger abs your way ;)

I've been doing this for 3 weeks everyday and I lost 2kg while being mindful of what I eat, mainly cutting out bad sugar. I was 79.5kg and now I'm 77.4kg. I'm going to continue this everyday and add more workouts gradually. For lazy days, just this workout is perfect. It's quick and effective

IT WORKS did this one 2 years back, lost All my belly fat (with healthier eating) in few months. Then stoped, gained it back, here i am again. This workout really makes your muscles tighter so fast, you'll see changes in few days. Forever my most favourite belly workout

It’s been 5 years since I’ve found it and I still love this workout!! This is actually how I first “met” Rebecca Louise :) She is so wonderful and motivating. I do different workouts of hers and despite never being skinny (I am just not designed for it :)) I feel stronger and healthier and can do exercises and things lots of people who are thinner than I am can’t do.

I’m a guy and I was doing exercises based what other guys video exercises But I never felt they are tough exercises. Comparing to these exercises I really enjoyed them and I felt more pressure on my stomach which I’m sure going to be skinny soon. Thank you for These amazing videos.

I got a six pack after doing this twice a day for 3 months. Since I'm a girl kids at school make fun of it but I'm proud of it cause I worked so hard to get it. If your trying to lose weight off of this you should combine it with some cardio cause this only helps tone, not so much lose weight. But yea if your looking into getting abs this works great!!

im doing this for a month. I started september 1st and will end september 30. im doing this 2 times a day btw with no diet and drinking a lot of water ( like 2-6water bottles a day). start: my waist size is 34 inches (ik right super big) end: 33 in es remind me october 1st please so i can update :)) update: today is october 1, when i woke up i right away went to measure my stomach without eating or drinking anything and my waist is now 33 inches. In my opinion i honestly think it didn’t work for me personally, i didnt see a difference in my stomach from when i took a picture on september 1st, maybe because i ate horribly but i personally saw no difference. i dont think I will continue a workout but i will do a different workout today in another video for a month. note: i actually didnt exercise for 4 days because of family issues so im sorry

I've been doing this for about 3 weeks. I only do it mon-fri just once a day though. and squats for 5 minutes but I could see some of my belly fat going away. I'm also eating healthy but not like veggies and stuff. just like not a lot of fast foods, junk foods, sodas, etc. my legs look a bit slimmer and I went from a size 3XL to XL I did slack off yesterday and the day before but I'm back lol

let me tell you guys... i've done this since i was in my last year of junior high til now (i'm already in my 3,5 year in uni)... it really works for me esp when i was in high school bc i did this a looott back then, but i stopped during my early years in uni, simply bc i was lazy😂😂 before coming back to thia vid, i've tried doing other belly workout vids, but they surprisingly just didn't work for me, so i always think that i should come back to this vid and do this diligently instead... it's my first day after such a long time of hiatus(lol) and i hope it's going to work for me again hehe😆

In case anyone sees this - I just want to say that I did abs workout for seven months and I didn't see any changes, but since I started doing this workout ( in combination with an ab stretch afterwards) I've actually been seeing results (it's only been one week). Yes this workout indeed works . It did this workout for 2 weeks last two years. And i can already see how my stomach is getting much flatter and more define. I'm 14 and I've been doing these exercises for a little over a month now. I definitely noticed a difference. Before my stomach was big and I had a gut. After doing these for a month my stomach slimed out and I look skinnier. I plan on doing these exercises for 3 more months (along with some butt and hip dip exercises) and I'll try to keep updating. The first week I wanted to kms and I hated it. Same for the rest of the month but I think it's because if my attitude. I hated exercising and I would think about how much I didn't want to exercise all day. Now, my muscles and body are used to the workout and it's much easier. I enjoy doing my exercises although I still eat kinda bad 😬.

Sophia loeffler I started off doing it one-three times a week. Also some tips for dieting is only drink water try to stay away from pop,juice etc. Also try eating more fruits/vegetables I've never really been a vegetable person so I just ate Apples, Bannanas, Pineapple, Grapes, Oranges..any fruit you enjoy:). I do recommend eating veggies though like Carrots, Asparagus etc but I don't use fat dressings like ranch. Also for snacks instead of chips/ice cream try Protien Bars (I like the Kellogg brand bars), Nutri Grain bars (I like the strawberry flavor, Yogurt, Healthy trail mix, Shakes (with fruit, non-fat yogurt, almond milk or soy milk or silk milk, and whatever else you want to put in it I don't make shakes often so I don't know much about shake making lol. For breakfast I love this cereal the brand name is Go lean Crisp I like the Berrie flavor and Chocolate flavor (I eat the cereal with Almond milk). If your still hungry after eating cereal you can eat a Bananna or a piece of wheat toast with butter. Also for breakfast boiled eggs are good for you. For lunch I usually eat school lunch. For dinner I eat Sandwiches with Turkey, lettece, mayonnaise, etc. On the side of the sandwitch I had a bad habit of eating chips but I haven't recently but usually a sandwich won't fill me up. So lately I just been eating Fruit a Healthy bar or shake or something if I'm still hungry. Now when I workout I do this workout and a lot of other workout KZbin videos I recommend you start off with this workout but try searching Vicky Justiz her workouts are awesome too!

35일차 후기 장점: 배 약간 들어감, 복근 생김, 생활 속 허리 통증 사라짐 앞으로 유의할 점: 한 달 넘게 하루 빼고 전부 운동하니 슬슬 몸이 요령부리는 듯. 러시안 트위스트 할 때 배에 힘이 덜 들어가고 허리가 아픔. 좀 더 집중해서 운동할 필요가 있음 기대와 다른 점: 한 달 내내 매일 하면 좀 수월하게 할 수 있을 줄 알았는데, 여전히 이승과 저승을 오감. 특히 힘 다 빼놓고 마지막 동작 60초는 너무 잔인하다. 그래도 처음 했을 때보다 훨씬 더 정확한 동작을 유지할 수 있기는 함. 두 달 넘으면 연달아 두 세트 할 수 있지 않을까 기대해봄

i have really been letting myself go lately by not eating a balanced amount of healthy foods and not properly exercising daily. this has made me feel less confident and uncomfortable around others. i used to not have to worry about keeping up with my body but now i am 18 and my glory days have passed. so, i am going to do my best to do this exercise everyday for the next week and depending on how that felt and whether i do believe it works i will decide if i want to keep doing this. the only reason i am commenting this here is to share my goal with someone else in hopes that i will hold myself more accountable than normal. wish me luck, and since it is 12:50am i am going to start the week tomorrow (or i guess today). Leaving my progress here Day 1 : going from not working out to trying that exercise was impossible. going to work myself up to it but day 1 I can only do about a fourth of the video Day 2 : Day 3 : Day 4 : Day 5 : Day 6 : Day 7 : Reflection on the week :

YAMILETH LOPEZ Well my body differently so of it will be different for everyone my lower core was hurting very badly the first time I did it but like the 5th day of doing it twice a day plus a little cardio here and there I got results and it didn't hurt that bad there was no pain when it was like the 12th or so day in but stay strong I wanted to give up but I kept going and honestly I'm proud :)

I’m currently 13 and 150 pounds, last year I did some daisy Keech hourglass workouts but after a few months I stoped.. now I’m trying to loose 30 pounds by may-June, I’m gonna be updating daily/once a week from now on! 1 week- I haven’t noticed much difference, maybe 1-3 inches off my waist. I did have to take a few breaks, after the first day my stomach burned like hell, but overall pretty easy. Day 8- I didn’t take any breaks today, a few of the workouts got my legs and stomach burning but it’s so much easier now. I’m definitely noticing a difference

Mia I've tried to before but tbh I don't have time as well. I have to wake up at like 5 AM and I barely have enough time to take a shower put on my clothes brush my hair and eat lol. Tip: when exercising on a harder/painful exercise sing some song lyrics (out loud or in your head) you'll get distracted by focusing on the lyrics and it'll make the time go by faster and distract you from some of the pain lol
