Blanche Bette is one I got a few months ago and I absolutely ❤️!! The original Dom Rosa smelled beautiful, but didn’t last on me at all…so I was so happy when the stronger version came out!! I blind bought it and absolutely love it!! Definitely a few on this list I want to try

Oh gosh I can totally relate about not buying a perfume just based on the bottle! I personally think bottles are part of the experience so I personally think it matters as far as deciding to buying the perfume. There are a few brands out there that I personally choose not buy just based on their presentation. But interestingly I don't mind the bottles of Liquides Imaginaires at all!

I don't llike the bottles of Fragrance du Bois because they look like they're trying too hard to be Roja and they just look so tacky; I also personally don't like Electimus because they look like towers or mini water jugs embellished with gold details... I honestly could go on and on...

I find it super interesting a lot of people consider it a cold weather scent, and I can understand that because it’s a bit heavier, but to me, I pick up a lot of coconut and it smells very summery, even though I know it doesn’t have coconut in the notes. I’ve heard it described as a summer gourmand which I would agree with.

Btw Haley, I totally understand you with "not buying the bottle because it doesn't look good" - I have the same with Montale. The bottles are my absolute nightmare and I refuse to test anything, because I find the bottles so shitty 😅 sorry to everyone who loves them 😅

I need to try it again properly, I sampled it on my hand only so haven’t had the full experience. I will give it a full body wear, the woodiness might appear. I think it would like it even more with some woodiness. Blanche Bete is queen though!

I love Blanche bête so much! But I agree with you.. the bottles are quite boring. They don’t look luxurious. Sometimes a fragrance is a 8/10 and I still buy it because of the bottle. Hopefully they make nicer design

Try Morph Disumano layered with Blanche Bete. The biggest complement getter duo! Morph has a similarly airy powdery thing but it’s a gorgeous coconut. Also LI bottle is great in person. I wasn’t a fan of them in a picture either. But it feels nice and luxe in your hand.

I have ordered Love at first sight over the weekend after testing at a local store.🤗 Many KZbinrs have mentioned that it smells quite generic, but I have to say on the contrary, since it is floral that is also fresh! It would be so delightful for the summer time in my opinion. I am planning to purchase Sugar leather as well when the weather cools down and of course, when it comes back in stock.😅 FYI, Une nuit nomade also provides 50ml bottles without packaging alongside 100ml bottles.

I love love love Ylang in Gold so I expected to love bora bora.... but no, they don't compare at all, Ylang in gold is so well done smells expensive and is just perfection. Bora bora is .... ok. That's it.

I wanted to love Blanche Bette, but I couldn’t wear it . On my skin it smelled like literal powdered milk, I couldn’t wash it off fast enough. Dom Rosa is one of my favorite rose scents, she is Delina’s rich aunt😂. BoraBora was everything I was wanting from Blanche Bette…absolutely gorgeous ❤

Dom Rosa and Blanche Bete are my best discoveries of the year and i featured them many times in my channel. Latest one to blow my mind is Lemon Tart from Theodoros Kalotinis. I still can't process how he created such a photorealistic gourmand.

So wild how noses can be so different. I pull a lot of layering and different notes. But it’s blended really well. Maybe you’re nose blind to some things in here? I remember when starting out I used to get one scent in super well blended fragrances. But now my nose picks up subtleties well. Love this frag!

Mystikal is an incense accord. Amouage included it as a base-note in Purpose at the start of the year. Edit: Enjoyed the new Goldfield & Banks "Ingenious Ginger", so got a bottle. Performance isn't mind-blowing, scent is narrow feminine lean. Didn't like the new MFK (shocker, I know). Waiting on Vilhelm to list a sample of Faces of Francis (brand said during June). Still waiting to see Hacivat Oud pop up somewhere.

Ahhhh interesting!! Thank you for sharing this information. I was so intrigued. I’ve been hearing good things on Ingenious Ginger, I still haven’t sampled. I will try get a decant of it soon, my friend has a bottle luckily so I will ask if she can send a decant. I haven’t sampled the MFK yet either, I am still really intrigued by the notes. Some say it gives a calming feeling, which I must say I need all of the calm I can get! 😂🙏🏼
