Sir up mai first round mai galti se bds bhar diya private mai jo ki mil gya par hamne join nahi kiya. Second round mai fir se rajistration kiya par college nahi mila. Deemed mai hamne mopup mai rajistration kiya the par college nahi mila to kya ab ham stray round mai deemed mai choice filling kar sakte h.

You cannot register fresh as you have already registered during round 1. As discussed in the video, you have to use the RESET/ UNLOCK option to add deemed universities.
