Disaster... You should use the pan without holes, to keep the bottom of the device clean! You should never use the oven without this pan, otherwise all the liquids and oils from the meat will go into the device's plastics...

Have one 2 months and 2 issues. 1/2 the glass fogs up and steam seeps out both sides as door isn't sealing properly. Is that normal or should I return it?

@@davidfarrell1062 I use this oven for a year now. That's not an issue, it evaporates after some hours, so no need to worry so much, it is just a little moisture, nothing else.

Hi great product however is anyone else having problems with their touchpad on the airfryer? We took one back because couldn't get the touchpad to work consistently.. and now the 2nd one has the same problems, is there any film on the touchpad or something, although I can't see one and I've looked any help is appreciated .. both my husband I have tried but it's just not working properly xxx
