Tat Lei, The competition 42 form is allowed ONLY for 6 minutes. This is very good performance. For your own practice, do the long 108 form for exercise. This is perfect speed for competition or on stage performance.

Tian Tian, This is perfect 6 minutes competition form. Very fluid. If you play slow speed, it loses the rhythm n momentum. Power n Gracefulness are required elements in competition. Practice more to gain strength. At least 5 times a day. Good luck.
